We received an interesting email into the show yesterday,  about non-alcoholic beverages.  It was from a concerned parent who contended that the way these beverages are being sold currently, outside of off-licence areas, is inappropriate.  They say it’s normalising alcohol brands, is acting as a gateway to underage drinking, and is circumvention marketing at its best.  To discuss this further we were joined on the show by Dr Sheila Gilheaney, CEO of Alcohol Action Ireland.
