Rising rents and surging house prices have triggered a “collapse” in homeownership rates among adults of a prime working age (25-54) - that’s according to a new report by the Parliamentary Budget Office.   To discuss this further Shane was joined on the show by Author and Presenter Stephanie Preissner and Chair of Liveable Limerick, John Moran.
