It is expected that later today Cabinet will agree on plans to reopen indoor dining in pubs and restaurants. The legislation will purportedly allow entry to those with proof of vaccination and those who have recently recovered from Covid-19. Kerry and David Chawke, Owner of The Bank on College Green in Dublin joined us on the show this morning with reaction to these plans.
