Children at a Dublin city primary school witnessed a woman overdose on heroin and collapse outside their building weeks after returning from their summer break. St. Audeon’s National School is one of the only schools in the country located beside a needle exchange. The Schools Principal Eilish Meagher joined us to discuss the issue her school is facing.
