A Facebook group calling itself 'Tullamore Says No To Inhumane Direct Provision' is planning a protest in the town this weekend as a new direct provision centre for 168 asylum seekers was announced last week.

Maree Ryan O’Brien from 'Friends of Tullamore Direct Provision Centre' says this group has nothing to do with the town itself.
