Parking could soon be banned in Galway City.  Councillors have unanimously agreed to ask Transport Minister Eamon Ryan to limit parking to residents only in the city centre.  To hear both sides of the contentious coin. Shane spoke to Colette Connolly is Mayor of Galway City and  Kenny Deery, CEO of Galway Chamber of Commerce.
