Should we outlaw paramilitary marches?

A parade by “revolutionary republican party” Saoradh on Dublin’s O’Connell Street on Saturday has been criticised by a number of government ministers. 

However despite the march coming in the aftermath of the murder of Lyra McKee, current law states that Saturday’s march in the capital was not illegal. 

Is it now time for paramilitary marches to be outlawed?
