The average rent in new tenancies has grown by nearly 12% year-on-year, marking the highest annual rent hike since 2007.  

That’s according to a new report from The Residential Tenancies Board.  To discuss these findings we spoke to Rory Hearne Associate Professor of Social Policy Maynooth University and author of ‘Gaffs’.
