Readers of the Sunday Independent’s Life magazine may have come across the controversial, yet very touching story of Patrick and Elizabeth Larkin. The married octogenarians both took their own lives last March, as neither of them felt they could carry on without the other. David Orr is their cousin and the article’s author and he spoke to us on the show this morning.
