Nearly one in five transactions in the UK mortgage market are payments from the bank of mum and dad.

That’s according to new research which shows parents are handing out £6.3 billion in loans every year.

We’re joined by Eoin McGee, owner of Prosperous Financial Planning, to discuss the mammy mortgage market on our own shores.
