The European Commission has asked EU member states to generalise the use of rapid antigen tests as winter approaches and Europe struggles to contain a second wave of coronavirus infections. So will this allow people to travel home to Ireland for Christmas? For more we’re heard from Eamonn Ryan, Green Party leader and Minister for Environment, Climate and Communications.
