The Mental Health Commission has confirmed that the Inspector of Mental Health Services will conduct an independent review of CAMHS services in the State. It comes following last week’s shocking report which found CAMHS services in Kerry resulted in 240 families receiving apologies from the HSE over sub-standard care, including the prescribing of excessive medications to children. John Saunders Chairman of the Mental Health Commission was with Ciara on the show this morning.
