The NPHET has advised the Government to add restrictions to restaurants and pubs that serve food in Dublin. The idea is to only allow them to open if they have outdoor facilities or for takeaway.  For reaction we heard from  by Adrian Cummins, CEO of the Restaurants Association of Ireland and Deirdre Devitt, Owner of The Two Sisters pub in Terenure, South Dublin.
