Councillors on Dublin City Council have passed a motion yesterday afternoon to have the remains of writer James Joyce and his wife Nora Barnacle repatriated to Ireland ahead of the centenary of Ulysses’s publication.  Fine Gael Councillor Paddy McCrane joined us early to discuss.
