It really is nice to be nice.  That’s according to the results of the largest public study of kindness ever carried out.    Professor Robin Banerjee of the University of Sussex was the lead researcher of The Kindness Test and he talked us through the results a little earlier this morning also Ciara spoke to Stella O’Malley is a Psychotherapist and Author.
