Today in Ireland, 91% of children attend schools under Catholic patronage.  Labour TD Aodhan O’Riordan has said “we can’t read a report like Mother and Baby Homes and think that Ireland has fundamentally changed, when it hasn’t.”  So, it time to fully separate church and state? To discuss we were joined now by Aodhan O’Riordan, Labour Party’s Education spokesperson and Seamus Mulconroy General Secretary of Catholic Primary School Management Association.
