Dubliners may vote on whether to have a directly elected mayor in 2024. Citizens of Cork and Waterford decided against similar proposals back in 2019 – but would such a policy shakeup work in the Capital?    Dublin City Councillor Hazel Chu is the Former Lord Mayor of Dublin tell us why she thinks this is a good idea.
