Ireland’s inflation now running at a 20 year high

Ireland’s inflation rate is now running at 5.3% - that’s the highest rate of increase in two decades. It comes as the government announced an extension to both the Covid Restrictions Support Scheme and the Employment Wage Subsidy Scheme. Paschal Donohoe Minister for Finance responds to this high inflation rate.
