Gardai have placed undercover units on the Dart to combat a spate of anti-social incidents at train stations. Recently a video emerged showing a young woman falling between a Dart and the platform at Howth Junction. A group of teenagers had threatened her just before she fell. Three teenage boys, two aged 16 and one aged 13, were arrested in relation to the incident. They have been released without charge.

Henry McKean visited Howth Junction in Dublin and met passengers of all ages and asked would undercover Gardai make them feel safer? Henry also met local youths and sent us this report.
