How will proposed housing levies affect housing charities?

Dublin City Council is proposing to remove the exemption on development levies on social, affordable and cost rental homes.  The Irish Council for Social housing, a representative body for approved housing bodies, has said the removal of these exemptions with pose significant challenges and extra costs to theses charities.
