Compensation Culture continues to rage on with another community project lying idle in rural Ireland. An outdoor gym was built in a community centre in Killanin in Co. Galway but it is now gathering dust because no insurance company will provide cover. Caroline Walsh, project Manager at Killanin Community Centre says all the red tape makes it next to impossible for community projects to make any progress.
