House prices have fallen by over 3% in the past 12 months but the market has seen a slight recovery as Ireland exited lockdown.  That’s according to a report released this morning by Daft.ie. Economist at Trinity College Dublin Ronan Lyons, is the author of the report and he joined us on the show this morning.
