The Cabinet has agreed to move counties Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan to Level 4 restrictions from tonight as well as a nationwide ban on all household visits. For reaction we’re joined now by Karen Conroy Owner Vibes Hair Salon in Cavan,  Neil Barrett, owner of Fithub in Letterkenny, Donegal  and  Frank McKenna, Managing Director of Four-Season Hotel Monaghan.
