Feeling burnt out after work? Well you’re not alone.

One in four Irish workers spend more than 6 hours a day sitting, and over half don’t have the energy to take exercise after work.

That’s according to a new report by ‘Healthy Working Ireland’ today.

Peter Cosgrove, Future of Work Expert, joined Kieran Cuddihy on the show this morning to examine and breakdown the results of this report.
