Gay and bisexual men will finally be allowed to donate blood in Ireland.  The Irish Blood Transfusion Service has announced the change to their donation regulations today.  Dr Ter Horvig Medical and Scientific Director with the Irish Blood Transfusion Service spoke to Shane this morning on the show.
