E-bike riders are routinely exceeding the 25kph limit and causing danger disruption in Limerick city. That’s according to Former Limerick Mayor Councillor Daniel Butler, who has written to the Departments of Justice and Transport over the issue and he joined us on Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
