Heated terraces for cafes and bars are to banned in France as part of a raft of new measures to tackle climate change.  The country’s Ecology Minister Barbara Pompili said outside heating or air conditioning was an "ecological aberration". John Gibbons, Environmental journalist and commentator joined us on the show to discuss.
