New laws being introduced in the UK will allow a range of electric vehicles, such as electric scooters and hoverboards onto roads in a bid to reduce car numbers and congestion. Green Party Councillor with Dublin City Council, Ciaran Cuffe joined the programme to give his views on whether we should follow suit.
