Half a billion euros is to be provided directly to developers by Government, to help overcome concerns about making housing schemes a commercial success, a source close to the Minister for Housing Darragh O’Brien told the Sunday Independent. Developer, Michael O'Flynn joined us on the show this morning with more on this.
