The number of Covid-19 cases has surpassed the 100,000 mark after another daily record of 4,962 infections were confirmed on Sunday.  We heard from Illona Duffy Monaghan based GP on the increase numbers and also how she is experiencing many close contacts and symptomatic people are still no self-isolating.
