The Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, Eamon Ryan today is making a step towards a nationwide ban on the sale and burning of smoky coal and the regulation of other fuels, as part of a drive to combat air pollution and protect public health and Minister Eamonn Ryan joined us on the show this morning.
