There’s been a 7% increase in rent nationally in the past year.

That’s according to data from the Residential Tenancies Board – who today have announced two more areas to be classed as rent pressure zones – they are Carlow town and Macroom.

For more we’re joined by Rosalind Carroll, Director of the Residential Tenancies Board.
