“Don’t wake me up before you go-go”. We all know and appreciate the pleasures of weekend lie-ins. Turns out that an extra hour on Saturday or Sunday spent in bed might have a surprisingly good impact on our health, helping to fight depression.  That’s according to the latest study published in the journal “Sleep Medicine”.  Are you using your weekends to catch up on sleep – is it really a good idea? We asked Deirdre McSwiney - Sleep Technologist and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist for Insomnia, who spoke to us this morning.
