Boris Johnson’s controversial Internal Markets Bill comes back before the Commons today as the prime minister tries to get MPs to back his bill which would altar the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement. A final vote had been expected tonight however the debate could spill in to next week. For more we heard from Sam Coates Sky News Deputy Political Editor.
