Grieving families will now have to apply to Cork County Council for roadside memorials.  The new policy bans bouquets of flowers, pictures, candles and even soft toys from tributes to crash victims across the county.  Cork County Councilor Declan Hurley was head of the committee which drew up the bye laws and he joins us now to explain to us the reasoning behind this new policy and also Leo Lieghio of the Irish Road Victims Association joined us to give reaction to the policy.
