‘Division: The Irish Soccer Split’ aired on RTE One last night. 

The documentary looked at the history behind the formation of the FAI - which broke away from the Irish Football Association, in 1921. 

But is a 32-county football team is feasible or if there is even a desire for such a thing. To argue the toss, we spoke with Gary McAllister, Chairman of ‘Amalgamation of Official Northern Ireland Supporters' Clubs’ (AONISC)  and Jonathan O’Brien, Sinn Fein TD for Cork North Central and former board member and chairman of Cork City Football Club.
