This Listowel native was Head Chef of the White House

Surely one of the greatest honours a chef can attain is to be selected as the Head Chef of the White House. Well, this is exactly what happened to Kerry woman Kathy Buckley, going on to serve under a number of presidents during the 1920s, including Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover. Seán spoke to Vincent Carmody whose new book 'Kathy White House' chronicles Kathy's story.
