Dublin City Council has new ammunition to fight against seagulls: a very-strong black bin sack that can’t be torn apart. Henry McKean has been out investigating and testing this new super bag.  It’s a break through invention, under a new pilot scheme, businesses and homes who leave plastic rubbish bags on bin day will instead drop the bags inside a thick protective anti-seagull sack before putting their rubbish out. We meet Shay Brady Coordinator waste management Dublin City Council.
