In the late 1970s, filmmaker David Rolfe brought the Shroud of Turin to global attention with his documentary ‘The Silent Witness’, which provoked the British Museum to undertake a scientific investigation into the relic’s authenticity.

Now the veteran director is back with not just a new film, entitled ‘Who Can He Be’, but also with a $1 million challenge.
