The latest homeless figures of 10,262 are the highest yet with one in three in emergency homeless accommodation being a child. Have the general public become desensitized to the figures, is the figure really that high if we remove people with drug addictions and is it time for some to hand back their council house if they are doing well if another family needs it more?
