Limerick homeowners are already renting out their for the Ryder Cup in 2027. At least 50 properties have been snapped up by American corporations so far. Prices range from €20,000 for a two-bedroom apartment in Dooradoyle, Co Limerick, to €55,000 for a four-bedroom house in Patrickswell, for stays generally between seven and ten days.
