Ireland’s first ever rage room is set to opened in Ballyfermot. 

It provides relief for individuals feeling stressed or frustrated, delivering therapeutic outcomes after an hour of enjoyable property damage.  

Participants receive protective gear and are granted access to sledgehammers and glass bottles to release their anger on unused machinery.
