Punchestown is back after 3 years and continues until Saturday but helicopters are back too. In the height of the Celtic Tiger there were over 760 helicopter flights to the Punchestown races one year. As we deal with the cost of living crisis and coming out of the pandemic are punters just treating themselves to a helicopter flight or are we going back to the noughties? Henry McKean met VIPS and punters and got up in a helicopter with Executive Helicopters and went inside an Agusta helicopter which were on sale at Punchestown.
