Rates of allergies are growing at an alarming rate in children - almost 50% in just 10 years! Yet, there are only two paediatric allergists to cope with all those patients. We spoke with Dr Jonathan Hourihane about what the job entails, and why it's so important. As well as that, he explained how to prevent developing an allergy.
