Foie gras is a French specialty food, made from the liver of a duck or goose fattened by force-feeding. Animal rights activists have long protested against the food and the cruel practice of it's creation. So much so that it has now been banned in New York. However, Ariane Daguin, owner of D’Artagnan gourmet food providers, thinks the ban in unfair and misinformed. She explained why to Sean.
