Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien has announced the rent pressure zone (RPZ) scheme is to be totally reformed, the current cap of 4% on rent increases in Rent Pressure Zones will be scrapped and any rent increase will now be made in line with the nation’s inflation rate.  

Andrea spoke to renters and landlords to get their reaction to the news.
