Drugs Minister Hildegarde Naughton said that those caught with a small amount of drugs should not end up in the criminal justice system. 

Cannabis is currently included in an adult caution scheme that has led to a drop in the number of people brought to court in recent years for possession.  

The minister now wants to look at the approach to other, harder drugs – what do you think about this approach?
