Despite increased awareness, new research reveals the extent to which young people avoid talking about their mental health.

Andrea spoke to Nicole Forster, Director of 50808 , a free text line where you can text a trained crisis volunteer.

She was also joined by Youth Worker, Declan Keenen and two young women, Norma and Kelly to discuss the findings.
