Reports today suggest preparation for the Electric Picnic are underway with the event scheduled to take place as usual in the first weekend in September, the organisers have said.

Paschal McEvoy is a local Fianna Fail councillor in the area, he said it would be madness for Electric Picnic to go ahead last year. He spoke to us about what his thoughts are this year.

Organisers of Sea Sessions in Bundoran, Daniel Browne, musician Roisin O and callers joined the conversation.
