Scouting Ireland issue apology to survivors of historical sexual abuse

Scouting Ireland has issued an apology to survivors and victims of historical sexual abuse in the organisation this morning. The organisation has published a final report into the abuse by child safeguarding expert Ian Elliott. So far – abuse was reported by 356 victims and survivors and was carried out by 275 alleged perpetrators. Ciara chats to Norman Spicer, solicitor with Coleman Legal Partners representing over 20 Scouting Ireland abuse victims
